Using Notable, clinicians and staff report saving 700 hours of administrative work a year on average.

How It Started: Notable and Flow Ninja

When the Notable team reached out for Flow Ninja’s assistance, they had a clearly-defined goal: re-designing and developing the corporate website, all while preparing it for further growth. A three-month plan was laid out, which was quite a challenge for such an ambitious task.

The Notable team wasn’t sure whether Webflow would be able to meet their requirements. Our designers had a detailed discussion with Notable, which helped them develop a Proof Of Concept page on Webflow, assisting the decision-makers at Notable in determining whether Webflow is the right fit.

Having explored Webflow’s capabilities via the PoC, the Notable team decided to go through with it, and our Webflow experts were ready to jump in right away.

Our Approach: Redesigning and Redeveloping the Corporate Website

The first step was to meet multiple times with the Notable team members responsible for developing the brand. We had to come up with a completely fresh design direction and determine how it reflected the company’s mission and vision. Most importantly, we had to pay attention to the way the new approach would fit into the narrative of the redesigned Notable website.

The first task was creating the entire homepage, after which we started working on all the other pages planned for Notable’s website. We closely collaborated with Notable’s copywriters, who were of immense help to us throughout the process of designing the pages for Notable. We also created direct mail and event campaigns that we came up with thanks to Webflow’s features.

In addition to the static pages, we developed the blog and the resource center which was based on Hubspot. Moreover, we migrated all the existing content from the previous CMS and embedded the resource center inside the main domain (notablehealth.com) instead of leaving it as a sub-domain (resources.notablehealth.com). This move significantly increased the domain authority of the website.

Results: Faster and More Convenient Website

Since the Webflow website went live, Notable's marketing team has been able to update the blog and resource center easily. Additionally, they were able to make various changes to the website without deploying engineers.

The site speed increased significantly, the score almost always being 95+ on the Google page speed download test.

We also ensured that the platform was WCAG 2.1 compliant.

Following the completion of the website, Notable decided to move to one of our retainer plans, which made our relationship with them ongoing. We have continuously developed and enhanced the website since then.
