6.2. If we incur liability to you, such liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Us for Our services during the twelve (12) month period prior to the incident resulting in the liability, and Our liability to you will in no event exceed an amount of EUR 100 (one hundred Euro).

7.1. You agree to defend and indemnify Flow Ninja Studio against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of: 

i) Your breach of these Terms; 

ii) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; and/or 

iii) Your use of this Website.

8.1. We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Such changes will be posted on the Website and state the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Website will be considered as your agreement to the revised Terms. 9.2 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. In a case of dispute, you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Serbia.

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flow Ninja Studio with respect to this Website and your use of the Website. 

10.2 If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions in the Terms shall continue in effect. 

10.3 If Flow Ninja Studio fails to act with respect to your breach or anyone else’s breach on any occasion, Flow Ninja Studio is not waiving its right to act with respect to future or similar breaches. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Our consent. We may freely assign these Terms.

10.4 The User can discontinue the use of the flow.ninja services at any time. Flow Ninja Studio can discontinue providing the Service permanently or temporarily at any time.
