Helping teammates with their projects is at our core. As long as you're eager to empower your colleagues and help them with personal and professional development, we'll consider you a true Ninja.
We value every Ninja's independence by providing fully flexible working hours. However, having clients from around the globe also means we prioritize promptness and decisiveness for every project.
We don't like going for the average. Our Ninjas are always ready to be the best and bring out the best in others around them for every single project—even for minor tasks.
Grow your career in the direction you want and get adequate compensation for that. We also offer monthly productivity bonuses that can reach up to 100% of your base salary.
We care about our Ninjas' health and wellbeing. That's why we ensured access to top-quality healthcare facilities in Serbia via our private health insurance plan.
Even though you can travel while working, it’s always better to take time off and enjoy the world without distractions. We offer paid birthdays, holidays, sick days, parental leave, and four weeks off per year.
Enjoy monthly get-togethers at dinners, office parties, or even occasional cart racing events. We also have an annual company retreat with all expenses covered.
Working with the world's greatest companies requires staying on top of the latest design trends, technologies and practices. To help you keep up, we cover any course expenses and encourage up to four hours per week for exploring new stuff.
Get a 20% bonus on your base pay (up to $1,000) when you decide to take a vacation that’s 5+ days. We like travelling, and hopefully, you do as well. *Holidays not included.
To ensure that everyone's maximum productivity, we don't work more than four hours on Fridays. Also, no meetings on Fridays. This way, everyone can enjoy their extended weekend plans to the fullest.
Academy Students are not really considered part of the ninja force. They make up the student body of the Academy, where they are taught about the basic techniques and the ninja world. Once they graduate from the Academy, they will be promoted to the rank of Genin and join the regular ninja forces.
Genin is the lowest ninja rank attainable. They make up the biggest part of ninja villages. Although considered the lowest rank, they can still challenge even those of higher ranks. They can be sponsored by a Chunin who'll prepare them for the Chunin Exam.
Chunin are former Genin who were promoted for displaying superior intelligence, strategy and combat skills in the Chunin Exam. Their rank is equivalent to that of a military captain (outranking Specialized Jonin). Using their knowledge and wisdom, they will lead teams in times of war. These ninjas can also become field doctors or teachers.
Kage are the strongest ninja in their hidden village. The Kage serves as the pillar upon which the village stands and the strength a village represents to the other ninja villages largely depends upon the strength of the Kage in power.
