Internship: Front-End Webflow Developer

There's a strange paradox in this industry.

Everyone wants to hire people with experience, but nobody wants to be the one who gives it to them. And so talented people sit on the outside, wondering how they're supposed to get in when every door asks for something they haven't been allowed to earn yet.

We've watched this happen for years. Good people, eager people, stuck in tutorial purgatory or grinding through freelance projects that teach them nothing. Meanwhile, companies complain they can't find talent.

It didn't sit right with us. So we're opening a door.

What we're doing

For the first time in years, we're running a bootcamp. Not a course, not a lecture series, ninety days inside Flow Ninja, learning the way we wish someone had taught us, which is by doing the real thing.

You won't build fake projects here. Instead, you'll rebuild websites we've already shipped: Upwork, Checkout.com, Trustly. Work that's live right now, that real people use, that we're genuinely proud of. You'll take them apart, understand how they were made, and build them again with your own hands. Our senior developers will be beside you the whole time, showing you what we've learned over ten years and two hundred projects.

By the end, you'll walk away with a portfolio that actually proves you can build at this level, not certificates or theory, but real work you can point to and say you made.

And the people who truly shine? We'll ask them to stay.

Who we're looking for

We're choosing eight people. Not eight résumés, eight people.

The kind who get restless when they're not learning. Who ask questions even when they're not sure it's the right moment. Who would rather figure something out themselves than wait for instructions.

A degree won't matter here, and neither will your background. What matters is:

  • You know enough HTML and CSS to understand how a webpage comes together
  • Your English is strong enough to work with a global team
  • You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to speak up
  • You have the kind of hunger that makes people hard to ignore

If that's you, and you know if it is, then this is your shot.

The details

The bootcamp runs for ninety days, starting April 1st. It's on-site in Niš, because some things can't be taught through a screen. We'll pay you €600 a month while you're here, and the hours are full-time but human, around forty a week, with flexibility built in.

When it's over, one of two things will happen. Either we offer you a real job for the next twelve months, or you leave with a portfolio, a reference, and skills that will open other doors. There are no guarantees, but there's a real chance, and that's more than most places offer.

What happens if you stay

We should tell you what you'd actually be joining.

Flow Ninja is a young team, most of us are in our twenties and early thirties, and we've built something together that we're proud of. We work with clients across the world: fintech companies in London, startups in San Francisco, enterprises across Europe. The projects are interesting, the problems are real, and the work actually matters.

We believe in a few things that shape how we operate:

  • Always one step ahead. We don't wait for problems to happen, we catch them early and fix them before anyone notices. It's the kind of care that clients remember.
  • Close enough to tell the truth. We embed with our clients, which means we have to be honest with them, even when it's uncomfortable. That honesty runs through everything we do internally too.
  • Creative meets strategy. We don't build beautiful websites that don't perform, and we don't build high-converting pages that look generic. Both matter.

As for the practical things, salary is competitive, and there's a bonus structure that can add up to 30% on top of what you earn. Hours are flexible, because we trust people to manage their own time. And yes, you'll travel. Meeting clients face-to-face is part of how we work, so you'll find yourself in different cities, different countries, building relationships that go beyond email threads.

It's not for everyone. But for the right people, it's a place where you can grow fast, do meaningful work, and be part of something that's still being built.

How to apply

Write us a few sentences about why this matters to you. Attach your CV or a link to your LinkedIn. If you have any projects, even small ones or unfinished ones, send those too.

Applications close on March 1st, and we read every one.

If you know someone who's been waiting for a chance like this, send it to them. Sometimes the right opportunity just needs to find the right person.
