Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Webflow Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone who has already mastered independent Webflow development, has experience with backend integrations and API workflows, and is ready to take ownership of entire features and projects.

The Webflow Developer will work closely with designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable websites for global clients. You will also be expected to utilize modern tools, including AI workflows, to optimize development processes, and contribute to the team's overall technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complete Webflow projects, from architecture planning to delivery.
• Implement advanced CMS structures, custom components, and complex interactions.
• Integrate Webflow with backend platforms (Xano, Make, Airtable) and external REST APIs.
• Write and maintain custom JavaScript solutions, ensuring modularity and reusability.
• Optimize website performance with a focus on Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve code quality, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with design and QA to ensure pixel-perfect, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions to clients clearly and strategically.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in Webflow development.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, advanced components, and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and backend workflows.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (async/await, modular architecture, libraries such as GSAP or Swiper, GTM, and Cookies in general).
• Awareness of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide technical leadership within projects.

Compensation:

The role will be starting with an hourly contract, that will scale to part-time then to a full time role.

• Medior Webflow Developer: €32k+ - €40k gross
• Senior Webflow Developer: €40k - €50k gross
