The Background

Trustly is a global fintech company and one of the leaders in open banking payments. Founded in 2008, the company has built a reputation for enabling secure, seamless account-to-account transactions that eliminate the need for cards or manual transfers. 

Today, Trustly processes billions of dollars annually and serves merchants across multiple continents. Its platform is trusted by some of the world’s largest retailers , financial institutions, and service providers.

The Challenge(s)

Trustly’s site was visually outdated and overly complex, making it difficult for users to navigate and understand Trustly’s offering. This limited the company’s ability to clearly communicate its value to different audiences, particularly the distinction between B2B and B2C segments.

From an operational perspective, the lack of modularity and flexibility also made it nearly impossible to test and optimize campaigns effectively. 

On top of that, the company faced the challenge of scaling its online presence across multiple regions while maintaining compliance with local regulations, a non-negotiable in the financial sector.

The Solution

Flow Ninja partnered with Trustly to deliver a full redesign and migration to Webflow. 

The new website was built on a modular component system, enabling scalable and flexible page creation without heavy engineering dependency.
