Here's how it works:

We have a three-month trial policy for everyone joining our team, including candidates from other cities. During this period, you'll work from our office, until you decide whether to join our team of Webflow Experts and Designers full-time. After the first three months, you can enjoy as much remote time as you want to.

Weekly Reponsibilities

• Agile project management
• Foster strong client relationship
• Schedule weekly/bi-weekly client meetings
• Clear and proactive client communication
• Resolve client issues & deliver a six-star-experience
• Manage quarterly company goals
• Track project timelines & tasks
• Time & efficiency tracking for the project
• Process tracking
• Plan ahead with the teams
• Documentation & SoW tracking
• Support realization of new client projects
• ClickUp upkeep
• Meeting agendas
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders on the project progress

Monthly Responsibilities

• Client monthly planning meetings
• Six-star-experience tasks (custom tasks related to our studio)
• Billing and hours/initiatives tracking w/ finance
• Workload tracking
• Monthly planning
• ClickUp upkeep

You'll be working on projects for top enterprises and funded startups. Transform how they launch new or existing ideas using agile project management methodologies.

That's all great, but will I get paid fairly?

€13k to €20k (Gross Annual)
