As an awarded Webflow Enterprise Partner, our studio combines the vigor of a startup with the expertise of a veteran team. You’ll have the freedom to sculpt our service offerings and lead projects that showcase our capabilities for clients like Upwork.com and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Expand: You will direct a talented group of three designers with the scope to scale this team significantly. Your leadership will shape the team’s structure and growth, influencing how our design capabilities evolve.
• Design Strategy: With complete autonomy, you'll develop new service sets tailored to meet and exceed client expectations. Your strategic vision will help cement our position as a frontrunner in the Webflow community.
• Client Interaction: Engage with our diverse clientele to provide top-tier design solutions. You’ll ensure that all service offerings are communicated clearly and align with client needs, utilizing your expertise to enhance client satisfaction.
• Process Innovation: Implement cutting-edge design processes that optimize productivity without sacrificing creativity. Your methods will set the standard for excellence within our studio.

• Net Monthly: ~€2,000
