About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a multi-faceted role that is integral to the success of Flow Ninja’s go-to-market strategy. While being responsible for building sales pipeline by both booking demos and closing new customer contracts, you’ll also be encouraged to achieve your personal and professional development goals as you grow towards more senior roles. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual that has a lot of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm about building the Flow Ninja growth machine.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Team player & self motivated problem solver
  • Passion to excel in sales and make money
  • Sales experience is a helpful but NOT required

Responsibilities:

  • Train and perfect an understanding of Flow Ninja’s best target customers
  • Train and perfect an outbound motion of emails and call pitches to target customers
  • Identify pain points and present solution demos to progress customer evaluation
  • Close win deals and add new customers to Flow Ninja’s customer base

Ramp

Over the course of 3 months, we will train you and gradually support you into attaining your quota. Training will consist of email templates, call script templates, role playing on pitching, support on presenting demos, support on closing deals, and anything else you might need to succeed.

Compensation

Salary variates based on experience, as seen in the table below. All values listed are before taxes. 

If you start at a lower tier, we will train and enable you to help you progress to more senior tiers. Variable pay in the table below represents successfully winning 2 customer contracts per month. However, this is a minimum requirement. We expect top performers to close more contracts monthly, and as a result, take home more pay. Flow.Ninja pays anywhere from €359 to €777, depending on contract size, for each customer you close-win.
